Waelzholz Whistleblowing System
Welcome!

You are on the homepage of the central electronic whistleblowing system of the Waelzholz Group, C. D. Waelzholz GmbH & Co. KG and its subsidiaries.

Taking responsibility is firmly anchored in our thoughts and actions. Whether it's about our products, our impact on the environment, our social commitment or the way we work together. For us, the basic aspects of this responsibility are compliance with the law, acting with integrity and transparency.

You can submit information via our whistleblower system if you receive information about violations in connection with your professional activity or in advance of a professional activity in accordance with Section 2 of the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG).

You can also report human rights or environmental risks or violations of human rights or environmental obligations under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) via the reporting centre. The current version of the rules of procedure can be found here.

We have commissioned the law firm PARK | Wirtschaftsstrafrecht, including the lawyer Dr. Tobias Eggers, to set up and operate this whistleblower system and to act as an ombudsperson. In this video, Tobias Eggers introduces himself and his duties as ombudsperson.

When submitting the notice, you are free to decide whether you wish to submit it directly and exclusively to Dr. Eggers or to our General Counsel (Mr Martin Grotthaus).

How the system protects you:

  • The system protects the confidentiality of the identity of the persons named in § 8 HinSchG, i.e. above all that of the person providing the information.
  • If you wish, your report will be recorded completely anonymously.
  • All information is encrypted end-to-end so that your sensitive information is secure.

Which topic do you want to report on?

This reporting office applies to any offence under Section 2 HinSchG, i.e. offences that are punishable by law or are a regulatory offence. In addition, certain violations of federal or state laws and directly applicable legal acts of the EU and the European Atomic Energy Community can be reported.
 aus.

Violations of the LkSG can be reported under "Human rights or environmental risks/violations".

If your report does not fall within the scope of the HinSchG or the LkSG and another contact person is therefore responsible for your case, you will receive confidential feedback.
